This necklace is made using an alloy pendant setting with a custom sublimation insert and chain.
Please note: pricing is based on the alloy material used for these keepsakes, along with the custom design and handmade personalization process.
How to Order
- Select your pendant style and quantity.
- Add the item to your cart and complete checkout.
- After checkout, submit your design details through our Submit Your Design Details page.
Please include:
- Order number
- Photo of your loved one
- Name
- Birth date – Passing date (optional)
- Short custom wording or memorial message (optional)
Proof Approval
A design proof will be sent within 24–48 business hours after your design details are submitted. Production begins once the proof is approved.
Production Time
Please allow 3–7 business days after proof approval for production.

- Colors may vary slightly from screen to final printed product.
- Custom items are non-refundable once production has begun.
- Orders cannot begin until your design details have been submitted.
- This item is a custom keepsake and is not made from fine jewelry metals.
