Craftina Co. Custom Order Agreement

By placing an order for a custom or personalized item from Craftina Co., you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

Custom Product Policy

All products sold by Craftina Co. are custom-made or personalized specifically for each customer. Because these products are created to order, the design and production process requires customer participation and approval.

Design Submission Requirement

After placing an order, customers must submit their customization details using the Craftina Co. Design Submission Form.

This information may include:

• names
• dates
• wording or messages
• color selections
• photos, logos, or artwork

Orders will remain on hold until the required customization details are submitted.

Design Proof Process

Once all required information is received, Craftina Co. will create a digital design proof for customer review.

Design proofs are typically sent within 24–48 hours after all required customization details have been submitted.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the proof carefully for:

• spelling
• dates
• layout
• colors
• image placement

Design Proof Approval Window

Customers have 48 hours to approve their design proof or request revisions.

Approval must be submitted through the official Craftina Co. proof approval process.

Production will begin only after design approval has been received.

Non-Response to Design Proof

If a customer does not respond within the 48-hour approval window, Craftina Co. will make reasonable attempts to contact the customer using the contact information provided at checkout.

If no response is received after these attempts, the order may be cancelled due to non-response.

Order Abandonment

If a customer fails to respond to proof approval requests within 7 days, the order may be considered abandoned.

Craftina Co. reserves the right to cancel abandoned orders.

Design & Production Retainer

Payment collected at checkout serves as a design and production retainer that covers design time, file preparation, and production scheduling.

If an order is cancelled due to customer non-response after design work has begun, the design retainer portion of the payment is non-refundable.
