Custom Design Services

Craftina Co. provides custom design and production services for personalized products. Each order is created based on the information provided by the customer.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate customization details including spelling, dates, names, and images.

Customers are also responsible for reviewing all design proofs carefully before approving them.

Design Revisions

Each custom order includes two design revisions.

Additional revisions beyond the included revisions may incur a $10 design revision fee per additional edit.

Design Approval Requirement

Production will not begin until the customer has approved their design proof.

Once a design has been approved, changes cannot be made.

Customer-Provided Content

Customers must have permission to use any photos, logos, or artwork submitted for use in their design.

Craftina Co. is not responsible for copyright or trademark violations related to customer-provided materials.

Production Timeline

Production timelines begin only after:

• customization details have been submitted
• design approval has been received

Color Variations

Due to differences in screen displays and printing processes, slight variations between digital proofs and final products may occur.

Design Ownership

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all designs created by Craftina Co. remain the intellectual property of Craftina Co.

Craftina Co. reserves the right to update these policies at any time to reflect changes in business practices.
