Design proofs are typically sent within 24–48 business hours after all order details, photos, wording, colors, and required information are submitted.

Standard Production:
Most smaller custom orders require 3–5 business days after proof approval.

Large, Rush, or Event Orders:
Larger orders, rush orders, memorial packages, group orders, party favor bundles, and event-based orders may require 7–14 business days depending on quantity, complexity, and material availability.

Best Practice:
Please order 2–3 weeks before your event date whenever possible so there is enough time for design approval, production, and delivery or shipping.
