Custom Order Refund Policy

Because Craftina Co. specializes in personalized products created specifically for each customer, our refund policy differs from standard retail policies.

Custom Orders Are Non-Refundable

All custom and personalized products are non-refundable and non-returnable once design work has begun.

These items are created specifically for each customer and cannot be resold.

Design & Production Retainer

Payment made at checkout includes a design and production retainer which covers:

• custom design work
• file preparation
• order setup
• production scheduling

Once design work has started, this portion of the payment is non-refundable.

Proof Approval Responsibility

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing design proofs before approving them.

Craftina Co. is not responsible for errors that were approved during the proof process, including spelling, dates, names, or layout errors.

Failure to Respond to Proof Requests

Customers are given 48 hours to review and approve their design proof.

If no response is received, Craftina Co. will attempt to contact the customer using the provided contact information.

If the customer does not respond after these attempts, the order may be cancelled.

Design retainers remain non-refundable.

Color Disclaimer

Actual printed colors may vary slightly from what appears on digital screens.

Variations may occur due to:

• monitor or phone display settings
• screen brightness or calibration
• printing materials

These variations are normal and do not qualify for refunds.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect due to an error by Craftina Co., customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the issue.

Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact Craftina Co. directly to resolve any order concerns before filing a payment dispute or chargeback.

Craftina Co. reserves the right to dispute chargebacks using supporting documentation including:

• order records
• design proofs
• proof approval confirmations
• communication history
• policy agreements accepted at checkout
