What You Receive
Finished photo buttons featuring your approved design, loved one's name, photo and optional dates or remembrance message. These are completed buttons with pin backs, not printable files or unassembled components.
Choose an individual keepsake or coordinated packs of 10, 15 or 20. Each order uses one approved design for the selected quantity; multiple different designs require a custom quote.
A clear, high-resolution portrait produces the best result. We provide a proof for your family's approval before production. Please mention your service date when ordering.
Personalization and proofs: Send the name, event details, colors, text, and optional high-resolution photo using Submit Your Design Details. Proof timing varies by order and current workload, with Production timing is confirmed for your order based on the item, quantity, deadline, current workload, and material availability. Shipping time is additional.. For planned events, we recommend ordering at least 3 weeks in advance. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout, while any separately arranged local delivery is quoted. Custom-order policies apply.

How It Works
Place your order, submit your design details after checkout, review your proof, and once approved, production begins. Design proofs are sent within 24–48 hours, and most custom items require 7–14 business days for production after design approval.

After checkout, please complete our Design Details Submission Form and upload names, dates, wording, theme colors, photos, and any memorial design instructions for your order. Our team will review your submission and send your design proof before production begins.

Most custom items require 7–14 business days for production after design approval. Larger memorial bundles and memorial packages may require additional time depending on the size and complexity of the order. Please review our shipping and turnaround information before placing your order, especially if your event date is approaching.
