How It Works
Place your order, submit your design details after checkout, review your proof, and once approved, production begins. Design proofs are sent within 24–48 hours, and most custom items require 7–14 business days for production after design approval.
Submit Your Design Details
After checkout, please complete our Design Details Submission Form and upload the graduate’s name, school, class year, colors, wording, photos, and any design instructions for your order. Our team will review your submission and send your design proof before production begins.

Production + Shipping
Most custom items require 3–5 business days for production after design approval. Larger graduation bundles may require additional time depending on the size and complexity of the order. Please review our shipping and turnaround information before placing your order, especially if your event date is approaching.
