Production timing: Proof and production timing depends on the size and complexity of the order, seasonal demand, our current workload and material availability. Larger orders take longer. Production begins after proof approval and shipping time is additional.

The sample image demonstrates one possible finished design. Your hoodie will be created with your approved memorial artwork. Because every hoodie is custom made, it is non-refundable once production has begun.

Production times and rush orders: Every order is made or prepared to order. Proof and production timelines depend on the product, quantity, design complexity, seasonal demand, current workload and material availability. Larger orders and orders with multiple products take longer. Production begins after we receive all required details and you approve your design. For events, we recommend ordering at least 3 weeks in advance; this is planning guidance, not a guaranteed delivery date. Shipping time is additional. Need it sooner? Rush production may be requested on any custom order for an additional fee, subject to availability and our approval.
