Step 1: Choose a Product Recipe
Load a sample recipe, then edit the numbers to match your supplies. Every preset is only a starting point.
Most party favor examples default to 12, but this is editable.
Step 2: Edit the Product Recipe
Each line is one material, supply, or hidden cost used to make the product. Yield means how many usable pieces you get from one sheet, box, pack, jar, roll, or container.
Beginner tip: Start with your biggest costs first. You can always add more detail later. A simple recipe that includes the main supplies, labor, packaging, and overhead is better than guessing.
Cost method examples: Per Item = 1 blank or 1 lid. Sheet Yield = 4 labels from 1 sticker sheet. Box Yield = snack box cost divided by number of snack bags. Batch Yield = glue, glitter, cups, sticks, or supplies used across many products. Flat Per Order = a cost that applies once to the whole order.
