How do I place a custom order?
You can place an order directly through our website by selecting your desired products and submitting your customization details. For larger event orders or bundles, you may also contact us to discuss your event needs.
Can I request a completely custom design?
Yes. Craftina Co. specializes in custom event details and personalized memorial items. If you have a specific vision or theme, we can work with you to create something unique.
Is there a minimum order quantity for custom items?
Some products, particularly party favors and event bundles, may require minimum quantities. Minimums will be listed on each product page when applicable.
Do you offer event bundles?
Yes. Craftina Co. offers curated event bundles designed to simplify event planning while providing cohesive custom details. Individual items are also available for purchase.
DESIGN PROCESS
Will I receive a design proof before production?
Yes. For most custom products, you will receive a design proof to review before production begins. Production will not start until your design has been approved.
How many design revisions are included?
Two design revisions are included with most custom orders. Additional revisions may require a small design adjustment fee.
What happens if I do not approve my design proof quickly?
Production timelines begin once the design is approved. Delayed approvals may affect your delivery timeline.
PRODUCTION TIMES
How long does production take?
Most custom items require 7–14 business days for production after design approval. Larger event orders may require additional time depending on order size.
Do you offer rush orders?
Rush production may be available depending on availability and product type. Rush fees may apply.
When should I place my event order?
For events such as graduations, baby showers, or milestone celebrations, we recommend placing your order 3–4 weeks in advance to allow time for design, production, and delivery.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes. Craftina Co. ships most products nationwide using UPS shipping services.
Do you offer local delivery?
Yes. Delivery is available for orders over $300 within:
• St. Clair County
• Madison County
• The St. Louis metropolitan area
How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package size, weight, and delivery location.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS & TEMPLATES
How will I receive my digital template?
After purchase, you will receive a downloadable file containing your Canva template access link and instructions.
Do I need a Canva account to use templates?
Yes. Templates are designed to be edited using Canva. A free Canva account is sufficient for most templates.
Can I resell the templates I purchase?
No. Templates are for personal or small business use only. Reselling, sharing, or redistributing the templates is prohibited.
Can I use the templates for my own crafting business?
Yes. Templates may be used to create finished products for your customers.

Will Craftina Co. offer classes for crafters?
Yes. Craftina Co. will soon offer classes teaching how to create custom products and build a profitable crafting business.
